Full Class Schedule
This is the group schedule beginning December 2020. Note the separate class schedule for the new group fitness room in the upper building. The TRX training for the new Performance Room is shown on the Upper Schedule.
We’ve adopted these rules to keep everyone as safe as possible:
Whenever there are back to back classes, the second class will need to wait in the basketball court until the instructor brings them over. In between classes, there will be at least a 15 minute break for the instructor to wipe down any equipment used.
We will have a max capacity in the group fitness room of 10, spinning room of 9, and Tread & Shed of 8. The pool will need to have six feet between each person.
Class Schedule is dependent upon participation and is therefore subject to change.
Proper shoes are required.
Towel and water bottle are strongly encouraged.
A full size towel is required for using the Olympia exercise mats.
