Full Class Schedule

This is the group schedule beginning June 1st. All senior classes will begin July 1st. We’ve adopted these rules to keep everyone as safe as possible:

Whenever there are back to back classes, the second class will need to wait in the basketball court until the instructor brings them over. In between classes, there will be at least a 15 minute break for the instructor to wipe down any equipment used.

We will have a max capacity in the group fitness room of 10, spinning room of 9, and Tread & Shed of 8. The pool will need to have six feet between each person.

  • 9:00 am to 10:00 am HYDROTONEA body-sculpting class in chest deep water. Smooth, controlled movements are performed with foam dumbbells and "dynabands" in order to strengthen the muscles as well as to increase range of motion.
  • 10:00 am to 11:00 am AQUA AEROBICSA very low-impact cardio and muscle toning workout in chest deep water. Perfect for beginners, arthritis sufferers, and cross-trainers seeking low injury-risk activity. No swimming skills are required.
  • 10:30 am to 12:00 pm YOGALearn to develop the relationship between movement and breath in a flowing warm-up sequence of "sun salutations." then proceed to a well-chosen variety of standing, seated, and reclined postures designed to enhance strength, balance, and flexibility.
  • 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm CORE PILATESTHIS CLASS IS DESIGNED TO CONCENTRATE ON YOUR "CORE MUSCLES". STRENGTHENING THESE MUSCLES WILL GO MUCH FURTHER THAN CREATING A "SIX PACK". ALL OF YOUR CORE MUSCLES COLLECTIVELY STABILIZE THE CORE, SPINE AND PELVIS. THIS CLASS IS A NON-IMPACT WORKOUT MAKING IT SAFE AND EFFECTIVE FOR ANYONE, REGARDLESS OF FITNESS LEVEL.

Flow Yoga is perfect for the intermediate student but also accessible to the beginner who is already physically active, while Mindful Flow Yoga is perfect for all beginners.

Class Schedule is dependent upon participation and is therefore subject to change.

Proper shoes are required.

Towel and water bottle are strongly encouraged.

A full size towel is required for using the Olympia exercise mats.
