  • 9:00 am to 10:00 am HYDROTONEA body-sculpting class in chest deep water. Smooth, controlled movements are performed with foam dumbbells and "dynabands" in order to strengthen the muscles as well as to increase range of motion.
  • 9:30 am to 10:15 am SilverSneakers CLASSICHave fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.

  • 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm BEGINNING TAI CHIThis class will give you the basics you need to start your journey! Tai Chi integrates the mind and body focusing on slow continuous movements and the coordination of the body and breath improving your balance and overall mental and physical well­being.
  • 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm INTENSE CORE PILATESThis class is designed to concentrate on your "core muscles". Strengthening these muscles will go much further than creating a "six pack". All of your core muscles collectively stabilize the core, spine and pelvis. This class is a non-impact workout making it safe and effective for anyone, regardless of fitness level.

Class Schedule is dependent upon participation and is therefore subject to change.

Proper shoes are required.

Towel and water bottle are strongly encouraged.

A full size towel is required for using the Olympia exercise mats.
