At Olympia Athletic Club, we know that fitness is not one-size-fits-all. Over the last few months, we have made some changes with our group fitness options. We have introduced a new way to work out—combining the energy of live classes with the flexibility of Fitness On Demand with Les Mills options available throughout the day.

Les Mills Classes

At Olympia, we are proud to offer the world-renowned Les Mills classes that have inspired millions of people across the globe to fall in love with fitness. These classes aren’t just workouts—they’re carefully designed, scientifically-backed programs that deliver results while keeping you motivated and engaged.

Our Les Mills Favorites

  • BODYPUMP – The original barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned, and fit—fast.

  • BODYSTEP – A fun, energizing step workout that builds fitness, coordination, and confidence.

  • RPM – A group cycling experience that takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints, and flat riding, all set to powerful music.

Les Mills in the studio

  • Fitness On Demand – Access Les Mills workouts anytime that fits your schedule in the newly renovated Studio. Choose from a wide library of workouts on demand and keep your fitness routine flexible and fun.

Water Fitness

If you’re looking for a low-impact workout or just want a fun change to your routine, water fitness is the perfect option! At Olympia, our Aqua Aerobics classes give you a great way to stay active while being gentle on your joints.
