As we age, natural muscle loss can make everyday activities more difficult and increase the risk of falls or injury.

Regular strength training can improve mobility, protect joint health, strengthen bones, and boost energy levels, making it easier to stay active and confident. Beyond physical benefits, it can also enhance mental well-being and support a healthier, more vibrant lifestyle.

We offer strength classes through our Therapy clinic each month. Check the schedule for dates and times.

Active Seniors Live Classes

Our Silver Active Live classes with Kay are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 10am.

Senior Active cardio classes are designed specifically for older adults who want to improve heart health, increase stamina, and stay active in a safe, supportive environment. These low-impact classes focus on gentle movement, balance, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness while being easy on the joints. Participants can enjoy fun, energizing workouts that help improve circulation, boost energy levels, and support overall wellness—all while connecting with others in a welcoming community atmosphere.

Senior Active Yoga Stretch

Yoga Stretch is offered on Monday and Thursdays at 11am.

Senior Insurance Based Memberships

At Olympia Athletic Club, we proudly accept insurance-based fitness programs including Silver Sneakers, Silver & Fit, and Renew Active. These programs help eligible members stay active, improve health, and enjoy access to fitness amenities designed to support wellness at every age.

*Aquatics & Pool access is an additional $25 fee to add on.
